Brittney Traynor is a multifaceted provider bringing a wide range of experiences and knowledge to her practice as a Craniosacral Therapist. She possesses a unique set of skills as a practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, a modality of body work which addresses underlying restrictive patterns and releases them gently and effectively.

As a Craniosacral Therapist, Brittney specializes in traumatic brain injuries, trauma, PTSD, depression/anxiety, chronic pain, and injuries. Being rehabilitated from many of these herself, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience into her treatments that extends beyond bodywork. Many of her clients describe Craniosacral Therapy as the “missing piece” of their full healing enabling them to recover from the emotional trauma as well as physical effects of injuries.

In 2013, Brittney was trained and certified in Dynamic Body Balancing which included training on prenatal and infant Craniosacral Therapy. In 2019, Brittney furthered her training by completing Visceral Manipulation I and continues to take many continuing education workshops to develop her therapeutic and bodywork skills.

Along with her knowledge and experience as a doula and lactation professional, Brittney performs comprehensive and effective treatments for her littlest clients and parents-to-be. Brittney is also one of the only individuals in the area trained in correct identification of tongue-tie and its effects on the breast/chestfeeding mother and baby. Whether you are experiencing feeding issues, an infant with colic, digestive issues, ear infections, torticollis/plagiocephaly, a malpositioned baby in utero (breech or otherwise), birth trauma, or any of the many uncomfortable symptoms of pregnancy and postpartum, Brittney can help. Her warmth, knowledge, skill set, and easygoing manner make her a valued resource to the birthing and lactation community.
